SolarEcoBuild Project Mission: Build new affordable homes and integrate the most cost effective and environmentally sustainable technologies to reduce running costs by saving energy, providing heating or cooling and generating surplus electric power. In this way each household will also have contributed to the effort of conserving global resources. Strategy: Begin one SolarEcoBuild project in each new chosen community, and use its success as evidence that environmentally friendly building projects are viable, attractive, financially rewarding to owners and residents, and generate public spirited goodwill showing that everyone can play a part in conserving resources and generating independent electric energy. | |
